Warranty & Returns
All Vontra watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty period covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any manufacturing fault, failure, or defect. This warranty does not cover any issues which arise from abnormal use as outlined below, even during the warranty period:

To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".
